My name is Jess and I am a makeup artist , Lash tech and brow tech based out of Owings Mills Maryland GROUPON **If you have purchased a Groupon you must still book accordingly . ***If you cancel your appointment less then 24 hours of your appointment or no call/ no show your Groupon will be redeemed. If you did not purchase a Groupon , you card on file will be charged the no-show fee. BOOKING/DEPOSIT POLICY A credit card is required to book an appointment online. To ensure that my clients and I are given the proper time and respect in making appointments the following policy is put into place in regards to cancelling, rescheduling and/or editing your appointment . *24 hour notice is REQUIRED for any cancellations, reschedules and/or edits to your appointment If you need to reschedule/edit your appointment click on the link you received via text and/or email. *Please be aware that if you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours of your original, scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the booked service AND you will be blocked and will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid . LATE POLICY I understand certain factors occur but in order to be fair to everyone involved including your lash tech, you and/or other clients the following late policy will be enforced: * Please keep in contact. Let me know what is going on so that I can let you know what your options are. If there is no other appointment directly after you I may be able to accommodate you within that grace-period with no penalty. Keep in mind each appointment is scheduled for a specific time frame. You will only get the time remaining for your blocked appointment time. If I have not heard from you by that 15 min grace period you will be considered a “no call/no show.” *If you arrive after the 15 min grace period I will ask you to reschedule. You will be charged 50% of your services which is non-refundable and non-transferable.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fees for any no shows or cancellations within 24hr of scheduled appointments . An cancellation within 24hrs you will have to pay the cancellation fee and re-book another appointment and pay new fee. You will not be able to re book until prior cancellation fee is paid .No shows will not be able to re book an appointment .
